As of August 31, 2009, Canada has entered into Tax Information Exchange Agreement negotiations with the following jurisdictions:

Anguilla

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Anguilla commenced on August 24, 2009.

Aruba

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Aruba commenced on May 25, 2009.

Bahamas

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with the Bahamas commenced on May 18, 2009.

Bahrain

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Bahrain commenced on June 29, 2009.

Bermuda

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Bermuda commenced on April 30, 2009.

British Virgin Islands

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with the British Virgin Islands commenced on December 6, 2005.

Cayman Islands

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with the Cayman Islands commenced on June 9, 2009.

Gibraltar

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Gibraltar commenced on May 14, 2009.

Guernsey

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Guernsey commenced on May 4, 2009.

Isle of Man

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with the Isle of Man commenced on October 12, 2005.

Jersey

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Jersey commenced on October 17, 2005.

Saint Kitts and Nevis

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Saint Kitts and Nevis commenced on March 30, 2009.

Saint Lucia

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with Saint Lucia commenced on April 2, 2009.

Turks and Caicos Islands

Negotiations for a tax information exchange agreement with the Turks and Caicos Islands commenced on June 25, 2009.
