Entry into force of the Protocol Between Canada and Switzerland

The Protocol amending the Convention between the Government of Canada and the Swiss Federal Council for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital entered into force on December 16, 2011. The Protocol was signed on October 22, 2010. The Protocol has effect in accordance with the provisions of Article XIII of the Protocol.
