The Honourable Ted Menzies, Minister of State (Finance), will deliver short remarks to the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, on Friday, November 23, 2012. The Minister will begin speaking at approximately 1:30 p.m.
The speech will take place in the Signature Boardroom located on the 2nd Floor of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, 259 Portage Avenue, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
