Hwy Dist. (min. time)		Highway distance (one-way) along the route with the minimum travel time, excludes distances by ferry.
Surface travel time		Travel time (one-way) by car and ferry, if required, or by train if no highway but rail service is available.
Ferry time		Includes allowance for waiting for ferry, loading and unloading (one-way).
Airport access time		Includes typical travel time to airport, time at airport prior to departure, egress time upon arrival and time to travel to city centre by car (one-way, average of each airport used).
Time diff.		Travel time by surface modes less the travel time by air (one-way).
